FRAMSDEN WAR MEMORIAL –

The newly restored war memorial was unveiled after a rededication service. Alison Sellen has researched the 19 soldiers who died in the first world war and three who died in the second. Her research was displayed in the Village Hall but is now available online at www.achurchnearyou.com/framsden (Pages and Links section), along with “before and after” pictures and a newspaper article about the original unveiling in 1921.

Please also see here for a full listing and History of all the people that are on the memorial
